1. The service

CareerDash is an AI career assistant that helps you discover roles, tailor CVs and cover letters, track applications, and prepare for interviews. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Connected accounts

CareerDash works by connecting to apps and accounts you authorize. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and for complying with the terms of those providers. You can disconnect them at any time.

4. Approvals and outbound actions

CareerDash never sends an email, submits an application, or messages anyone on your behalf without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outbound actions and for the accuracy of information submitted in your applications.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CareerDash. In particular, you will not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• submit false or misleading information in job applications;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the service to violate the rights of others.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant CareerDash the permission needed to store and process that content, including through AI providers, solely to deliver the service to you.

7. Intellectual property

CareerDash, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service.

8. Disclaimers

CareerDash is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any particular career outcome. AI-generated content can contain mistakes — review everything before you rely on or submit it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareerDash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using CareerDash and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
